Design Specialist | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP60K
GoTeam is seeking a Design Specialist responsible for choosing fonts, images, readability, and reader demands when creating concepts, graphics, and layouts. The role would also prepare information in rough form based on a brief that has been approved.
Your client is a multifamily syndication firm focused on unlocking the hidden value in mismanaged and undercapitalized multifamily properties throughout the Midwest.
In this position, you will be:
- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers’ needs.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material including font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on the client’s brief
- Creating presentations and master decks
Skills and Experience:
- Mastery of graphic design and strategic layout
- Proficiency in Adobe Master Suite (Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
- Familiarity with Enable.us
- Preferably experienced with Motion Graphics
- Preferably experienced with Final Cut Pro
- Should exhibit proactivity
- Has a sharp eye for detail
- Experienced in graphic design preferably for Real Estate
- Exhibits strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a portfolio of previous designs
