Data Analyst | Office-Based, Night Shift Job | Up to Php50K

 

GoTeam is seeking a competent Data Analyst, who will be responsible for reporting to members of the Executive Team helping drive business value by leveraging business process analysis, data, analytics, quantitative methods, and technology to optimize business operations and solve commercial challenges.

Your client wants to help their clients obtain their legal status in the United States without having to leave the country.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Resourcing in the areas of MKT, sales management, time-based productivity, performance KPIs for department and business performance analyst
  • Gathering and organizing a wide range of internal data a sale, CRM, and productivity metrics per area
  • Leveraging insight regarding internal operations to help support a data-driven culture building data/technology solutions (analysis, reports, tools, analytics, forecasting models, demand models) and lead the process of engaging Managers and Supervisors to integrate this insight into actionable decisions that result in benefits to the business performance.
  • Understanding commercial business processes and having the ability to document commercial activities.
  • Relating data to these processes, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, and helping engage in business re-engineering activities to enhance the performance of the organization.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have Business Analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business or another related field
  • Experience developing or using forecasting models
  • Good experience with quantitative/statistical Analysis
  • Experience with creating dashboards
  • Good understanding of commercial business processes
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI
  • Ability to interact with all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of the English language is required
