Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk (w/ Shopify Experience) | Hybrid, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP35,000

 

GoTeam is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to the efficient management of data by accurately inputting and maintaining information in various computer systems.

Your client finds the best green beauty brands so that their customers get only the safest, cruelty-free, and exceptional skin care, cosmetics, health supplements, and other consumer goods. They provide a platform for green beauty enthusiasts to have fun and get to know an incredible new generation of makers in the beauty industry.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Providing exceptional customer support as a Client Care team member.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for online inquiries related to orders, product knowledge, subscriptions, accounts, and promotional offers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through Gorgias, Facebook Messaging, and RingCentral VoIP.
  • Handling various types of inquiries, including order concerns, subscription assistance, product suggestions/questions, loyalty program assistance, and more.
  • Resolving transit issues, product defects, mis-shipments/order errors, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Handling all customer inquiries and requests including refunds, exchanges, cancellations, payments, troubleshooting errors, and updating information
  • Processing reviews and questions from the Yotpo App.
  • Managing returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Supporting data management and administrative needs by ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
  • Inputting and maintaining data in various computer systems.
  • Verifying and correcting data entries to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Adhering to data entry procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective data management.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data and information.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Shopify App, Gorgias App, and NetSuite is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (required)
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in crafting professional email responses
  • Preferred experience in the beauty industry or a strong interest in it

 

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
