Client Success Specialist | Full-Remote, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is looking for two (2) Client Success Specialists to join their newly created team. The Client Success Specialists will be responsible for training clients on placing orders, addressing client queries, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. The ideal candidates must be client-oriented, and dedicated to developing positive relationships and resolving issues to ensure a satisfactory client experience.
Your client provides multi-channel direct marketing services and leads a business that has been named one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in Florida. Their wholesale and target email marketing services have been proven to drive the right audiences to their client’s websites and stores.
In this position, you will be:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication via phone and email.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all client orders in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Managing a high volume of incoming requests from clients and sales representatives, responding promptly and professionally to address their needs.
- Training clients on the proper use of our systems for placing orders, and providing clear and concise guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assisting clients in resolving any questions or concerns they may have regarding the company’s systems and processes, proactively identifying potential issues, and offering solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Analyzing post-campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of our services and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with internal teams to implement changes as needed.
- Collaborating with account management, sales, fulfillment, and product development teams to enhance the overall client experience, leveraging insights from client interactions to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management is preferred, with experience in a digital marketing or advertising company being a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), as well as experience working with Google Docs.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, and detail-oriented with the ability to review high volumes of client requests in a meticulous manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to quickly understand and resolve client issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently once trained, while also functioning as a collaborative team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated a sense of ownership and pride in work, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results that positively impact the company’s success.
