Client Services Virtual Employee | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is looking to hire a Client Services Virtual Employee who will be responsible for receiving project requests from clients and executing them using multiple web-based platforms. This role offers opportunities for skill and knowledge growth as virtual employees will be handling tasks such as data entry, reporting, content creation, and assisting with campaign launches.
This opportunity allows you to collaborate with a client, who is a Texas-based, full-service digital advertising and software solutions agency dedicated to helping their clients through driving leads, appointments, and sales.
In this position, you will be:
- Able to have the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of various media campaigns, such as SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Advertising, YouTube Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google My Business, as well as Microsites created for the client’s communities.
- Responsible for crafting ad copy based on client websites, developing profiles, entering unique settings, and generating client reports
- Creating client reports, linking data sources, and verifying campaign data.
- Assisting with data entry, updating client records, and other administrative tasks.
- Writing organic and paid ad copy for a variety of media formats.
- Adhering to written and recorded processes to enhance productivity and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meeting deadlines to support the Client Services team in delivering exceptional service to clients
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with administrative tasks, particularly in data entry
- Strong background in content writing, with a proven track record of producing high-quality written content
- Ability to craft a captivating topic sentence in just 3-5 sentences, showcasing creativity and exceptional writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to consistently produce work of exceptional quality within set deadlines.
