Assistant – Corporate Compliance & Licensing | Hybrid, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP35K

 

GoTeam is seeking a competent Assistant – Corporate Compliance & Licensing who will be responsible for proactively collecting relevant documents to generate invoices.

Your client is a 100 percent employee-owned independent insurance agency with its HQ in California, as well as offices in Oregon, Arizona, Missouri, and London. They provide clients with commercial or personal insurance, as well as employee benefits packages and wealth management services.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Entering appropriate information into Applied Epic software
  • Ensuring complete accuracy of policy data in the Transaction screen
  • Responding to incoming emails within the defined time frame
  • Performing special projects, as assigned
  • Managing the invoicing process for the organization
  • Entering data entry and email communications
  • Working on special projects assigned

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of an Executive Assistant or related work
  • Professional demeanor and behavior
  • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and handle changing priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
