Assistant Accountant (AR/AP) | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP30K 

   

GoTeam is seeking a competent Assistant Accountant (AR/AP) who will be responsible to assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks for Bodies Corporate, ensure that the accounts department operates in an effective and efficient manner and that set KPIs are met.  

The client is established in 2008 and has consistently delivered management experience that has brought the client’s portfolio through the most valued of referrals. 

 

In this position, you will be:  

  • Managing Accounts Payable  
    • Doing Invoice management (Ezescan and docmax)  
    • Doing Invoice Entry (Bcmax)  
    • Setting up Creditor / bank account   
    • Managing General Creditor query   
  • Managing Accounts Receivable   
    • Downloading daily SCM (Allocations) /Banking   
    • Doing Second Debtor Invoicing    
    • Doing Debtor invoicing   
    • Assisting with Aquila on-charging  
    • Checking/Generating/Levy Management 
    • Resident Managers Increase – completing annual calculations, updating SCM Direct Debits  
  • Quarterly   
    • Assisting BAS Preparation & lodgment  
  • Annual  
    • Assisting in the preparation of Information for Tax Returns 

 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting  
  • Possess above-average English communication skills  
  • A self-motivated learner with good comprehension skills  
  • Must possess attention to detail    
  • AP payment posting  
  • Accounts Payable processing and Accounts Receivable reconciliation  
  • Must have advanced proficiency in MS Excel  
  • Knowledgeable in Stratamax (not required, but good to have)
