Administrative Assistant | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP35K

GoTeam is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the company’s success.

The client is an Australian-based business, with 27 years of experience in the web-design industry. For the last 10 years, they’ve been evolving with the new economy to help people in the automotive industry digitally transform their online presence.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and energetic Administrative Assistant to join a forward-thinking company who represents “what works in the digital space for automotive”.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Documenting and circulating the meeting notes
  • Maintaining administration tools
  • Overseeing accounts receivable (such as phone calls and emails)
  • Managing monthly audits
  • Assisting with project work as required
  • Responsible for other administration tasks

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A cheerful and positive attitude
  • Highly organized and a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a self-directed environment, comfortable multi-tasking while working with a supporting team
  • Someone who takes initiative and has the desire to help our business flourish
  • Tech savvy with great customer service skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in an admin or office support role would be preferred but is not a must.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online.
