Administrative Assistant | Remote, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP23K 

 

GoTeam is seeking a competent Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for helping managers and employees find answers to administrative questions. 

You will support a real estate investment firm that has made it to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing U.S. companies every year from 2016 to 2021. They’ve enjoyed 8 continuous years of rapid growth and built up a portfolio of US$250 million in assets under management. These include investment properties in 10 states in the U.S. and in Spain. Plus, they’re wonderful corporate citizens, too: they help raise funding to support research on Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that impacts young girls. In this position, you will be: 

  • Multitasking, thinking strategically, creating efficiencies, staying flexible, anticipating needs, and staying in lock-step with constantly changing schedules and business. 
  • Coordinating key routines, tasks, and information flow on behalf of the Executive Team and will have to discern between urgent and important on a regular basis. 
  • Managing Executive Email 
  • Managing meetings, and presentations to track reports, data, and tasks. 
  • Representing the company through phone, email, and chat with internal and external stakeholders, partners, vendors, and employees. 

 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications: 

  • Strong admin experience preferably in the Real Estate Industry 
  • Experience working with foreign executives 
  • Great written and verbal communication skills 
  • Analytical and well-versed in problem-solving 
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with a team
